Cyclo is a human-powered transportation vehicle with three wheels, used to transport passengers or goods. It typically has one or two seats for passengers and a spot for the driver. The term “cyclo” is derived from the French word “cyclo,” as it was invented by a Frenchman named Coupeaud in 1939. To promote this new mode of transportation, Coupeaud organized a journey with a cyclo traveling from Phnom Penh to Saigon, with two people taking turns pedaling for approximately 200 kilometers.
